How to Book Event Catering
(Booking Process)
This page explains our simple booking process, from submitting your event details to securing your date. Review service options, receive a customized quote, and confirm your booking with a deposit.
STEP 1 – SHARE EVENT DETAILS
- Event date
- Event type (wedding, party, corporate, etc.)
- Estimated guest count
- Event location
STEP 2 – SELECT YOUR SERVICE STYLE
Please select one or more service options:
- Buffet-style catering
- Grazing table setup
- Grazing table & canapé-style setup
- Canapé-only setup
- Palm wine service (with cart setup)
- Palm wine service (without cart setup)
- Noodle cart setup
- Abacha, Nkwobi, or Isi Ewu cart setup
STEP 3 – RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE
A customized quote or invoice will be sent once details are confirmed.
STEP 4 – SECURE YOUR DATE
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Dates are not secured until deposit is received. Availability may vary due to private event bookings.
